Furnace Oil (F.O), Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) – Industrial , Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) and Petcoke are the Industrial fuels largely used as a fuel to generate electricity and heat in different sectors. Being market-linked, Furnace Oil (FO), Light Diesel Oil (LDO),  Petcoke and Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) prices changed while Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) prices remained unchanged by Oil marketing companies (OMCs) on a fortnightly basis in India.

As We predicted, In India, Industrial fuel oil prices changed on 16/3/2023 , for the second half of March across all the oil marketing companies. The  Furnace oil (F.O) basic prices are revised up by Rs.340 to Rs.47111.54 or 0.72% per KL, Light Diesel Oil (LDO) prices are revised down by Rs.610 or 0.9% to Rs.67350/- per KL from Visakha depo, Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO-Industrial) prices remained unchanged by Rs.0 per KL to Rs.98588.79 per KL from VJA depo, Low sulphur heavy stock (LSHS) prices in Mumbai increased by Rs.970 to Rs.51130/- per MT while Petcoke prices decreased by Rs.17380 wef 16/3/2023.
