In Singapore market, VLSFO cracks declined along with prompt supply tightened. HSFO and VLSFO supplies got tightened with widening lead period of 7-12 days. LSMGO is readily available with lead times of 3-5 days. Enterprise Singapore reported that Residual fuel oil stocks are building up averaged 3% in April compared to March. Russian fuel oil supplies edged up with an increased percentage of 21% of the total. FO prices are trended to revise down in India.
