Fuel Oil Price Today as on 21st June, 2025.
Fuel oil benchmarks traded up on Friday in Asia at Singapore trading window. Onshore Fuel oil inventories retreated. The levels remained above typical weekly averages as per enterprise singapore data. ARA fuel oil inventories fell 2 pct week on week to 1.044 million tons in the week to June 19th. Chinese fuel oil imports fell in May while Bunker exports also fell as per sources.
VLSFO (very low sulphur fuel oil ) cracks remain little changed at about $10 a barrel over crude quotes. while Singapore HSFO (High Sulphur Fuel oil) 380 cSt cash premiums down towards $3 a Mt by the end of the week. Supplies remain adequate in Asia. On the otherhand, HSFO benchmarks posted weekly declines.
Hi-5 Fuel oil spread is the premium of VLSFO over 380 cSt HSFO. Hi-5 spread widened and ended at about $66 per Mt due to weaker HSFO peformance this week.
Turning to other markets, Crude Benchmarks closed up yesterday. FO prices will go up significantly while LDO prices will be revised up in India for the first half of July, 2025.
