Fuel oil price today on 20th June, 2024 changed down at Singapore trading desk in Asian markets. VLSFO prices went down $9/mt to $610/mt. LSMGO price decreased $8/mt to $742 per Mt. HSFO prices remain unchanged at $525/mt this morning.
Fuel oil onshore stockpiles at key trading and storage hub Singapore built up for the fourth straight week as per the report. Enterprise Singapore data showed that fuel oil stocks piled up 19% to 22.81Million barrels equal to 3.59 Million mt in the week ended June 19th. Tepid demand during the week along with recovery of supplies to Asia built stocks. China, Philippines and Bangladesh are the top importers while the U.S and Russia are the major caterers of fuel oil to Asia markets.
