Bitumen prices are revised up. Bitumen prices are increassd in Chennai starting from May 1st, 2024. Oil companies increased the prices for all types of VG-graded bitumen from previous revision. Both bulk and packed bitumen prices were changed at the Chennai storage area.
Here are the new prices. Bitumen VG-10 price is Rs. 41,592/- per metric ton. Bulk Bitumen VG-30 price is Rs. 42,392/- per metric ton. Bulk Bitumen VG-40 is Rs. 44,282/- per metric ton at IOCL, Chennai storage area. Packed Bitumen VG-10 is Rs. 48,892/- per metric ton. Packed Bitumen VG-30: Reduced to Rs. 49,692/- per metric ton.
