Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO) price on 01st September, 2024.
Between August 16, 2024, and September 1, 2024, product prices in Mumbai showed mixed trends. The price of Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO) decreased by Rs. 3400 per kiloliter (KL), dropping from Rs. 84,850 to Rs. 81,450 per KL. HEXANE showed a price hike to Rs. 98,900. SBP experienced a notable drop from Rs. 96,550 to Rs. 95,350 per KL. On the other hand, BENZENE saw price hike, with increasing by Rs. 300 from Rs. 88400 to Rs. 88700 per metric ton (MT) and TOLUENE saw price drop, a decrease of Rs. 3,100 per MT, and TOLUENE declining from Rs. 83,000 to Rs. 79,900 per MT, possibly due to reduced demand or increased supply. Lastly, SULFUR prices surged significantly from Rs. 13,760 to Rs. 16,480, likely due to increased demand or supply constraints. These changes reflect the dynamic nature of the market and the various factors affecting the pricing of each product.
