Furnace Oil (F.O), Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) – Industrial , Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) and Petcoke are the Industrial fuels largely used as a fuel to generate electricity and heat in different sectors. Being market-linked, Furnace Oil (FO), Light Diesel Oil (LDO) Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO), Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) prices reduced while Petcoke prices kept untouched by Oil marketing companies (OMCs) on a fortnightly basis in India.
As We predicted, In India, Industrial fuel oil prices are increased on 16/11/2021 , for the second half of Nov across all the oil marketing companies. The Furnace oil (F.O) basic prices are revised down by Rs.920 to Rs.45919 or 1.96% per KL, Light Diesel Oil (LDO) prices are revised down by Rs.1200 or 2.10% to Rs.55820/- per KL from Visakha depo, Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO-Industrial) prices are down by Rs.2540 per KL to Rs.78320 per KL from Visakha depo, Low sulphur heavy stock (LSHS) prices in Mumbai dropped by Rs.970 to Rs.50390/- per MT while Petcoke prices kept untouched at Rs.19850 wef 16/11/2021.
