Fuel Oil Price Today as on 25th October, 2024

VLSFO prices down $5/mt to $598/mt. LSMGO prices declined $15/mt to $653 per Mt. HSFO prices went down $7/mt to $484 per Mt. Fuel oil benchmarks climbed in Asia on Thursday. Spot cargo bids trending higher for November and backwardation firming despite inventory builds at key trading hub Singapore.

VLSFO cash premiums pegged higher at $9.9 per Mt. HSFO cash premiums traded up $11 per Mt. Recovery in supplies and inventories is expected to cap price gains. Onshore stock piles rose for a fourth consecutive week.

Turning to other markets, Crude futures are trading up today on demand woes . FO prices increased in India while LDO prices went up in India for the second half of October, 2024.
