PETROL DIESEL PRICE IN HYDERABAD
In India, Diesel and petrol prices are changed daily in line with a rise and fall of global oil prices. Following the daily price revision of auto fuels in India, Petrol diesel retail selling prices shot up today across India. In Hyderabad, Petrol is being sold at Rs.111.80 and Diesel at Rs.98.10 a liter today. In Delhi, Petrol is priced at Rs.98.61 and diesel at Rs.89.87 per liter. In Kolkata, Petrol is now selling at Rs.108.01 and diesel at Rs.93.01 a liter. In Mumbai, Petrol and diesel are costing Rs.113.35 and Rs.97.55 respectively. Petrol pumps are charging Rs.104.43 and Rs.94.47 per liter respectively in Chennai.
Yesterday, The OMC's renewed the daily price revision of both the auto fuels after a hiatus of 137 days. The OMC's had put a stop to the daily price revision of petrol and diesel since November 5, 2021 on account of the Assembly elections in five states including the politically significant Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.
BIODIESEL PRICE TRENDS
Palm oil has several applications including cooking, lubricants, candle-making, cosmetics, and can even be eaten prior to being crushed. The price of palm oil fluctuates based on supply, weather, competing oils, environmental concerns, and biofuel demand. It is cheaper to produce biofuel using palm oil making it a cost-efficient substitute to using soybeans or other crops. FCPO Jun futures prices traded 88 Malaysian Ringgits up at 6031 Malaysian Ringgits. In India, CPO March futures are trading up Rs.0 at Rs.1485 10kg contract. Biodiesel prices are bench marked with diesel prices in Indian retail market. Bio diesel price in Hyderabad is Rs.86/ltr.
