DIESEL PETROL PRICE REDUCED IN INDIA TODAY
In India, Diesel and petrol prices are changed daily in line with a rise and fall of global oil prices. Following the daily price revision of auto fuels in India, Diesel oil and petrol prices are reduced across India today. In Hyderabad, Petrol is being sold at Rs.84.75 and Diesel at Rs.79.08 a liter today. In Delhi, Petrol is priced at Rs.81.40 and diesel at Rs.72.37 per liter. In Kolkata, Petrol is now selling at Rs.82.92 and diesel at Rs.75.87 a liter. In Mumbai, Petrol and diesel are costing Rs.88.07 and Rs.78.85 respectively. Petrol pumps are charging Rs.84.44 and Rs.77.73 per liter respectively in Chennai.
National Oil Marketing companies in India reduced diesel prices for the eight time in the current month while petrol prices are reduced for the fifth time. Diesel prices are trimmed by 1.19 paise or 1.63% while petrol prices are cut down by 63 paise or 0.8% during the current month. The encouraging sign is that gasoline sales of three national oil refineries rose 2.2% on year in the first half of Sep as reported by Bloomberg.

Biodiesel prices are bench marked with diesel prices in Indian retail market. Bio diesel price in Hyderabad is Rs.64/ltr. Biodiesel price is sold at Rs.60/ltr in Kakinada . Biodiesel is price at Rs.63.5/ltr. in Kolkata . Bio diesel is available at Rs.63.5/ltr in Chennai. Biodiesel price in Benguluru is quoted at Rs.60/ltr. Biodiesel price is Rs.63 as displayed in Mumbai. Biodiesel in Vodadara is Rs.60/ltr. Biodiesel is offered at Rs.60/ltr in Ahmedabad. Nioda, Delhi and Haldia sold biodiesel at Rs.62/ltr. Biodiesel price is Rs.59/ltr in Jaipur as published in bdai portal. Turning to futures, Crude palm oil futures (FCPO) for Dec delivery advanced 82 ringgits by to 2991 ringgits and FKLI for Sep futures slipped further by 21.5 ringgits to 1507.5 ringgits on Bursa Malaysia.
