Furnace Oil (F.O), Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) - Industrial , Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) and Petcoke - Industrial are the fuels largely used as a fuel to generate electricity and heat in different sectors. Being market-linked, Furnace Oil (FO), Light Diesel Oil (LDO) Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO), Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) and Petcoke prices are changed by Oil marketing companies (OMCs) on a fortnightly basis in India.
As We predicted, In India, Industrial fuel oil prices are revised up wef 1/6/2020 , for the first half of June across all the oil marketing company depos. The Furnace oil (F.O) basic prices are increased by Rs.4070 per KL or 21.61% to Rs.22899.82 per KL, Light Diesel Oil (LDO) prices rose by Rs.5610 per KL or 26.54% at Rs.26750/- per KL from Visakha depo, Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO-Industrial) prices are changed on upside with Rs.5386 per KL to Rs.57040 per KL from Visakha depo, Low sulphur heavy stock (LSHS) prices are advanced by Rs.4250 or 19.12% to Rs.26470 and Petcoke prices are remained unchanged at Rs.6150 wef 1/6/2020.
