Petrol diesel prices are changed on daily basis in India following the daily price revision of motor fuel oil prices in line with a rise and fall of crude oil prices in the global markets. Today, Petrol prices are reduced by 13 paise and diesel prices are decreased by 11- 12 paise per ltr across the country. Petrol is being sold at Rs.70.36 and diesel is priced at Rs.64.39 a liter in the capital city of India. The global crude markers prices are bounced back, trading bullish which may drive the petrol diesel prices up coming forth.

BIO DIESEL NEWS

In India, Western Railways started trains using bio-diesel as fuel. A train from Ahmadabad to Bhuj, Rajkot to Morbi and Bhavnagar to Surendrangar ran with bio-diesel on the occasion on Environment day. Bio diesel is made from Jatropha plant is mixed with diesel in a kind of mixing plant in Vatva and sabarmati of Ahmadabad, operated by Railways. The bio diesel is supplied in all the divisions of Gujarat from these two mixing plants. According to Railways, The cheaper  Bio-diesel than diesel will reduce the air pollution which doesn't affect the capacity of the engine.
