Furnace Oil (F.O), Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) – Industrial , Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) and Petcoke are the Industrial fuels largely used as a fuel to generate electricity and heat in different sectors. Being market-linked, Furnace Oil (FO), Light Diesel Oil (LDO),  Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO), Petcoke and Low Sulphur Heavy Stock(LSHS) prices changed by Oil marketing companies (OMCs) on a fortnightly basis in India.

As We predicted, In India, Industrial fuel oil prices changed on 16/2/2023 , for the second half of February across all the oil marketing companies. The  Furnace oil (F.O) basic prices are revised up by Rs.1090 to Rs.43411.54 or 2.57% per KL, Light Diesel Oil (LDO) prices are revised down by Rs.2400 or 3.32% to Rs.69940/- per KL from Visakha depo, Low sulphur heavy stock (LSHS) prices in Mumbai increased by Rs.570 to Rs.46670/- per MT while Petcoke prices decreased by Rs.17150 wef 16/2/2023.
