The Bunker Price Index consist of a range of prices for HSFO , VLSFO , MGO and MDO traded down across the major world ports yesterday. IFO 380 cSt futures prices closed $2.25 lower at $172.25, MDO prices dropped $14.5 to $236.5 and MGO prices slipped $14.5 to $246.5 in Singapore market. Meanwhile the world crude oil price indexes pared losses to move off their lowest levels on Wednesday after a volatile over night trading session that saw brent fall to its lowest levels in more than 20 years. Ship&Bunker reported that the Bunker surveyors, a key line of defence against bunkering malpractice are facing operational restrictions as part of of measures put in place to counter the ongoing COVID-10 pandamic. Marine Surveyors are considered essential persons and the work they do is essential work.
